A cheaper alternative to eZee and Hotelogix
An honest comparison, including the parts where they win. Updated 15 July 2026.
eZee and Hotelogix are real products with thousands of hotels on them. This page isn't going to tell you they're bad, because they aren't. It's going to tell you which of you they're for.
First, an honest note about their prices
We're not going to print a competitor's price as if it were a fact. Their published figures vary by source, by room count, by module and by who's asking — you'll see roughly ₹2,250 quoted on one directory, $30–$106 a month on another, and ₹3,000–₹12,000 a month in buyer guides. The point isn't that they're expensive. It's that you have to ask. Ours is on the page: ₹499.
Who should buy eZee, Hotelogix or Djubo
Genuinely — if any of these is you, they're the better choice and we'd say so on the phone:
- You live off OTAs. If MakeMyTrip, Booking.com and Agoda drive your occupancy, you need channel manager sync. That's their core strength and we don't have it at all.
- You want a booking engine on your website taking commission-free direct bookings.
- You want dynamic pricing that moves rates by demand.
- You run several properties and need consolidated reporting.
- You want a big support organisation with 24/7 multilingual cover.
Who Hridyaa is for
- Most of your bookings are walk-ins, phone calls and repeat guests.
- Your real pain is money and paperwork, not distribution — the day book, the GST bill, the guest IDs, the balance sheet.
- You're paying a CA to type up things you already know.
- You want the price on the page, not after a demo call.
- You want your staff to use it without training — it says "money in", not "Cr/Dr".

The uncomfortable bit
They have thousands of hotels and years of track record. We have two real customers and one of them is our own hotel. If that's disqualifying for you, that's a completely reasonable position and you should buy the established product.
What you get instead: the person who wrote the software stands at a front desk every day, and when something doesn't work at 11pm with a guest waiting, it gets fixed that week — because it failed on him too.
Don't take our word for any of it

Can Hridyaa sync with MakeMyTrip or Booking.com?
No. There's no channel manager. OTA bookings are entered by hand, though the payment source is tracked. If OTA sync is your main need, buy eZee, Hotelogix or Djubo.
Can I move my data from eZee or Hotelogix?
Usually — export what you have and WhatsApp it to us. We've reconstructed and imported thousands of rows of history for hotels joining us. Ask before you commit.
Why is Hridyaa so much cheaper?
No sales team, fewer features, and it already exists — it was built to run one hotel, not to be sold. See what hotel software costs in India.
What happens if you shut down?
Export buttons are on every screen — day book, P&L, balance sheet, guest IDs. Your data leaves with you, and our Terms commit us to plenty of warning.
