Cancellation

How to stop using Hridyaa, and what happens to your money and your data when you do. Short, because it should be.

This is about your Hridyaa subscription. It has nothing to do with your own guests' booking cancellations — those are your hotel's rules, set by you.

Your first month is free

Every new hotel gets its first month free, with the whole product unlocked — every feature, unlimited bookings, unlimited rooms and staff. This is how you decide whether Hridyaa suits you, before you pay anything.

There is no card on file during that month and nothing is charged when it ends. If you decide against it, do nothing: the free period expires and the app locks. Nothing to cancel, nothing to claim back.

Please use the free month to make your decision, because paid plans are not refundable. It is an introductory free period, not a refund period.

What each plan costs

  • First month — free.
  • Monthly — ₹499 per month, billed monthly.
  • 1 year — ₹5,220, billed upfront. ₹435/month effective.
  • 2 years — ₹8,352, billed upfront. ₹348/month effective.
  • 3 years — ₹10,008, billed upfront. ₹278/month effective.
  • Renewal — ₹499 per month, after the initial plan period.

On the 1, 2 and 3-year plans the upfront amount is what you actually pay, in one payment, at the start of the period. The monthly figure is only that amount divided by the months — it is an effective rate, not a monthly instalment, and you cannot pay those plans monthly. ₹499 per month is the only amount ever billed to you on a monthly cycle.

The prices shown are the total amount payable. Hridyaa is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged on your subscription.

You can leave whenever you want

There's no notice period, no cancellation fee, and no retention call. You don't have to explain yourself or find a hidden button. Message us on WhatsApp or email sales@hridyaa.com and say you're done.

  • Monthly plan — tell us before your next month starts and you won't be invoiced again. You keep access to the end of the month you've paid for.
  • 1, 2 and 3-year plans — you can stop using the service at any time, and you keep access until the period you paid for ends.

Refunds

Paid subscriptions are not refundable. Once a paid period has started, the amount paid for it is not returned — in whole or in part — including where a committed period is ended early or the account is deleted.

This is exactly why the first month is free, and why it is the complete product rather than a limited version: that is the month in which you decide. It is an introductory free period, not a refund window.

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under applicable law that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing renews silently

There is no payment instrument on file, so we could not charge you automatically even if we wanted to. When your period is ending we contact you. Renewal after the initial plan period is ₹499 per month, whichever plan you were on, unless you choose a new upfront commitment at the rates above.

If we fail you

If Hridyaa is unavailable or defective and we cannot put it right in a reasonable time, contact us — we will deal with it fairly and individually. Report faults through the in-app Support Center or sales@hridyaa.com.

Take your records first

Do this before you ask us to delete anything, because deletion can't be undone:

  • Day book — Export XLS or Export PDF
  • Profit & Loss — Export XLS or Export PDF
  • Balance sheet — Export XLS or Export PDF
  • Guest ID documents — download as a PDF from each guest's page

You don't need our permission or a support ticket. The buttons are on the screens.

What happens to your data

  • Ask us to delete it, and we delete it — within 30 days.
  • That means the records and the guest ID photographs, removed from the server. No backup copy is kept afterwards.
  • Don't ask, and we keep it, so you can pick up where you left off if you return.

You can also delete the account yourself, without asking anyone: sign in and go to Settings → Delete account. The Android app links to the same instructions. See Account deletion.

If you go quiet

An account nobody has signed into for a long time eventually gets cleaned up, but never as a surprise: we email a warning first, then a final warning, with a long window to respond. Sign in once and the clock resets. If you want your account left alone regardless, tell us and we'll mark it.

Changed your mind?

If you haven't asked for deletion, just sign in again — everything's where you left it. If you have, it's gone, and we can't get it back. That's the honest trade for deletion actually meaning deletion.

Once we delete, there is no copy anywhere. Not with us, not in a backup, not recoverable by asking nicely. If you haven't exported your records first, they're gone — and we're not liable for what you didn't take a copy of. Please export before you ask.
