Cancellation
Last updated 15 July 2026
How to stop using Hridyaa, and what happens when you do. Short, because it should be.
This is about cancelling your Hridyaa account. It has nothing to do with your own guests' booking cancellations — those are your hotel's rules, set by you.
You can leave whenever you want
There's no minimum term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee. You don't have to explain yourself, sit through a retention call, or find a hidden button. Message us on WhatsApp or email sales@hridyaa.com and say you're done.
Take your records first
Do this before you ask us to delete anything, because deletion can't be undone:
- Day book — Export XLS or Export PDF
- Profit & Loss — Export XLS or Export PDF
- Balance sheet — Export XLS or Export PDF
- Guest ID documents — download as a PDF from each guest's page
You don't need our permission or a support ticket. The buttons are on the screens.
What happens to your data
- Ask us to delete it, and we delete it — within 30 days.
- That means the records and the guest ID photographs, removed from the server. No backup copy is kept afterwards.
- Don't ask, and we keep it, so you can pick up where you left off if you return.
Refunds
Your first month is free, so if you leave within it there is nothing to refund and nothing has been taken.
If you've paid the ₹499 for your first year and leave part-way through, tell us — we'll look at it fairly rather than pointing at a clause. It's ₹499; we'd rather keep the goodwill than the money.
If you don't want the monthly renewal at the end of year one, just tell us before it starts. You'll have had at least 60 days' notice, and we won't charge you for a year you didn't ask for.
If you go quiet
An account nobody has signed into for a long time eventually gets cleaned up, but never as a surprise: we email a warning first, then a final warning, with a long window to respond. Sign in once and the clock resets. If you want your account left alone regardless, tell us and we'll mark it.
Changed your mind?
If you haven't asked for deletion, just sign in again — everything's where you left it. If you have, it's gone, and we can't get it back. That's the honest trade for deletion actually meaning deletion.
Once we delete, there is no copy anywhere. Not with us, not in a backup, not recoverable by asking nicely. If you haven't exported your records first, they're gone — and we're not liable for what you didn't take a copy of. Please export before you ask.
