Running The Paprika, Dehradun, every day

Run your hotel. From anywhere.

Hridyaa is hotel management software that brings reservations, guests, rooms, housekeeping, payments, reports and the daily front-desk loop into one place — on the web and on Android. Built by a hotelier who got tired of software made by people who have never worked a front desk.

First month free · then ₹499/month, or from ₹278/month effective on a 3-year plan billed upfront

Web app and Android app, one account, the same live data.

No card needed · Nothing auto-charges · Your data stays yours

The Hridyaa dashboard showing 70% occupancy, tonight's arrivals and departures, money still to collect, and a seven-day booking calendar
The Paprika in Dehradun runs on this every single day — every feature exists because that front desk needed it.
What it does

Everything the front desk needs. Nothing it doesn't.

No training course, no manual. Show someone once and they can run the desk.

Bookings in one screen

Name, room, dates, rate. The total works itself out as you type, and you can take the advance right there.

Check-in with ID capture

Register every guest, snap their ID with your phone camera, and collect payment — all on the same screen.

Cash book that adds up

Money in, money out, running balance. Nothing is ever deleted — voided entries stay visible, so you can see exactly what changed and who changed it.

GST done properly

Tax invoices with the right CGST/SGST or IGST split, plus GSTR-1 and a year-end summary your CA will actually accept.

Night audit, guarded

Close the day in one place — and it tells you in plain words what's about to happen before anything is final.

Staff, with limits

Give reception their own login. They see what they need; your accounts stay yours.

The daily loop

Guest walks in. Three steps. Done.

This is the whole job, forty times a day. It should be fast, and hard to get wrong.

STEP 1

Take the booking

One form. Name, room, dates, rate — the total adds itself up, and you can take an advance on the spot.

STEP 2

Check them in

Tap "Check in". Register the guests, photograph their ID, and the room flips to occupied.

STEP 3

Take the money

Charges, paid, outstanding — right there on the same screen. Collect and you're done.

The actual software

This is the real thing. Not a mockup.

Every screen below is the real product. Nothing drawn for a brochure.

The bookings list showing each guest, room, dates, total and how much they still owe
Every booking, at a glance Who's in, who's due, and exactly who still owes you money — flagged in red so it can't be missed.
The check-in screen showing guests awaiting check-in and guests currently in-house
Arrivals, sorted Who's arriving and who's already in-house. Tap a guest to register them, photograph their ID and take payment — one screen.
Two ways in, one hotel

The desk runs on the web. The owner runs on a phone.

The same account and the same live data, whichever you open. Nothing syncs, exports or reconciles between them — there is only one hotel.

Web app — for the front desk

A full screen and a keyboard, for the work that deserves them: taking and editing bookings, the room board, folios and payments, the day book and cash drawer, GST invoices, Night Audit, staff and roles, and the reports you print or export.

Android app — for everywhere else

Arrivals and check-in with ID capture, guests and their history, the room and housekeeping boards, collecting a balance, the owner digest, and a push the moment a room turns or a payment lands. For the walk between floors, and for the owner who is not in the building.

What it stops costing you

Three bills a small hotel pays. You already pay two of them.

These are the real figures from The Paprika in Dehradun — the hotel Hridyaa was built to run.

GST filing, every month Your CA prepares the invoices and files GSTR-1. Hridyaa produces both — there's nothing left to prepare. ₹2,000/mo Now nothing

A day book app A separate subscription just to record money in and money out. It's built in here, tied to your bookings. ₹1,000/mo Now nothing
Balance sheet & income tax prep Year-end work your accountant charges for. Hridyaa fills in what it already knows before you start. ₹10,000/yr Mostly done

Why us

"I built this because I run a hotel. Every screen exists because my own front desk needed it."

Most hotel software is built by software people. It's full of words like reconcile, folio and Cr/Dr, and it assumes your receptionist has an accounting degree.

Hridyaa says "money in" and "money out". It warns you before you do something you can't undo. It works on the phone your staff already have in their pocket.

And it isn't theoretical. It runs The Paprika in Dehradun every day — when something doesn't hold up at a real front desk, it gets fixed that week.

₹499/month is the only figure you are ever billed monthly. The 1, 2 and 3-year plans are a single payment for the whole term, taken upfront — ₹435, ₹348 and ₹278 are simply that payment divided by the months, so you can compare them. They are not instalments, and those plans cannot be paid monthly. Prices are the total payable: Hridyaa is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged.

Renewal after the initial plan period is ₹499/month. Stated here rather than in the small print, because a price you discover at renewal is a trick and this isn't one. Nothing renews silently — there is no card on file, invoices are raised by a person, and we contact you before a period ends. Paid plans are not refundable, which is exactly why the first month is free and complete: that is the month you decide in. See Cancellation & Refunds.

Questions hoteliers actually ask

What is Hridyaa?

Hotel management software for small and mid-sized independent hotels in India. It runs the things a front desk actually does in a day: reservations, arrivals and check-in with guest ID capture, the room and housekeeping boards, folios and payments, the day book and cash drawer, GST invoices, Night Audit, staff roles, and the reports your CA asks for.

Is Hridyaa a PMS?

Yes — Hridyaa is a property management system. It is the system of record for your rooms, your bookings, your guests and your money. What it deliberately isn't is a channel manager or a booking engine: it does not sync rates and inventory to OTAs, and it does not take bookings on your website. If OTA distribution is the problem you're solving, a channel manager is the tool, and we'll say so.

Is there an Android app?

Yes. The Hridyaa Android app carries the front desk, check-in with ID capture, reservations, guests, rooms and housekeeping, collecting payments, the owner digest and push notifications. It signs in with the same account and shows the same live data as the web app — there's nothing to sync and no separate mobile subscription.

The app is finished and in testing. It is not on Google Play yet, so we're not going to put a download button here pretending otherwise. Tell us and we'll message you the day the listing goes live.

Is there an iPhone app?

No. There is no iOS app today, and we'd rather say that plainly than list it as "coming soon". On an iPhone, Hridyaa runs in the browser at app.hridyaa.com — the full web app, which carries more than the Android app does.

Do I need to install anything to use the web app?

No. It runs in any browser — laptop, tablet or phone. Nothing to install, nothing to maintain, no server to buy. The desk usually lives in the browser on a real screen and keyboard; the phone is for everywhere else.

Is there a free trial, and what happens after it?

Your first month is free — every feature, no card required. When that month ends nothing is charged automatically, because there is no payment instrument on file. The app simply locks until you pick a plan, and we contact you first.

How much does Hridyaa cost?

The first month is free. After that it is ₹499 per month billed monthly, or a single upfront payment for a term: ₹5,220 for 1 year, ₹8,352 for 2 years, ₹10,008 for 3 years — which work out at ₹435, ₹348 and ₹278 a month effective.

Every plan is the same complete product — unlimited bookings, unlimited rooms, unlimited staff, both platforms. There is no feature you have to upgrade to reach.

If a plan says ₹278/month, why is the price ₹10,008?

Because ₹10,008 is what you actually pay — once, at the start of the three years. The ₹278 is that amount divided by 36 months, so you can compare it with the monthly plan. It is an effective rate, not an instalment: the 1, 2 and 3-year plans are a single upfront payment and cannot be paid monthly. ₹499/month is the only figure that is ever billed to you monthly. That is why the amount charged is the headline on every card.

What is the price when my plan ends?

Renewal after the initial plan period is ₹499/month. That is the same as the monthly plan, and it applies whichever plan you were on — unless you choose a new upfront term at the rates above. We put it in the pricing section rather than in a footnote, because a price you only find out about at renewal is a trick. Nothing renews silently: there's no card on file, and we contact you before a period ends.

Is my subscription refundable?

No — paid plans are not refundable. Once a paid period has started, that amount isn't returned, in whole or in part, including if you end a committed term early or delete the account.

That's precisely why the first month is free and complete rather than a cut-down trial: that month is where you decide. Nothing in our policy removes rights you have under law that can't legally be excluded. The full terms are on Cancellation & Refunds.

Is GST charged on top of these prices?

No. Hridyaa is not registered under GST, so no GST is added. The price you see is the total amount payable — nothing appears at checkout that isn't on this page. (This is about our subscription. Hridyaa still prepares GST invoices for your guests, which is a different thing entirely.)

Does it handle GST invoicing for my guests?

Yes. Proper tax invoices with the correct CGST/SGST or IGST split based on your guest's state, plus GSTR-1 and a financial-year summary you can hand straight to your CA. Hridyaa prepares them; it does not file them, and your CA should still check them.

Can I try it before signing up?

Yes — open the demo and you're straight into a working hotel with rooms, guests and bookings already in it. No form, no card, no email. It's your own private copy, so take a booking, collect a payment, run the night audit — break whatever you like. It's a short-lived sandbox that cleans itself up, so nothing you do there is saved — when you're ready for a hotel that keeps your data, create your free account.

Can I add my staff, and control what they see?

Yes, and you should — sharing one login is how mistakes become untraceable. Give each person their own account with a role, and they see only what that role allows. Staff are unlimited on every plan and cost nothing extra. Deactivating someone takes effect on their very next action, not at their next login.

Can I run more than one property on one account?

Yes. If you own more than one hotel, each is set up as its own property with its own rooms, guests and books, and you switch between them from your account without signing out — on the web and in the Android app. The records never mix.

My staff aren't good with computers. Will they manage?

That's the whole reason Hridyaa exists. There's no jargon — it says "money in", not "Cr". Taking a booking is one screen, and check-in and payment happen together. Show someone once and they can run the desk.

How long does setup take?

Minutes. Create your account, add your rooms, and start taking bookings. If you'd rather we set it up with you, message us and we'll do it together.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It's yours, and you don't have to ask us for it. The day book, profit & loss and balance sheet each have Export XLS and Export PDF buttons on the screen, and a guest's ID documents download as a single PDF. Take your records whenever you want — no ticket, no waiting on us.

How do I delete my account?

Yourself, without asking anyone: sign in at app.hridyaa.com and go to Settings → Delete account. (In the Android app, that same menu item opens the instructions.) Type your hotel's name to confirm and everything goes — bookings, guests, ID photographs, payments, the day book, invoices and every staff login for that hotel. It cannot be undone, so export first. Full details are on Account deletion.

How do I get help?

There's a Support Center inside the app for raising something and tracking the reply. Otherwise message us on WhatsApp or email sales@hridyaa.com. It's a small team — you're talking to the people who build it, one of whom also runs a hotel.

Who made Hridyaa?

Ankit Rawat and Ashish Negi. Ankit is a hotelier in Dehradun who runs The Paprika, and Hridyaa runs that hotel every day — every screen here was built because something at that front desk wasn't working. More about us.

Try it tonight.

Take one real booking on it and see how it feels. That's the honest test — and it costs you nothing.
