Is it really free? What's the catch?

Your first month is free, no card required. After that, ₹499 covers the next 12 months — so it's 13 months for ₹499, less than one month of what you're probably paying your CA for GST filing alone.

From year two it renews at ₹499 a month. We put that here rather than in the small print, because a price you find out about at renewal is a trick and this isn't one. Year one is an introductory rate for the hotels helping us build this; ₹499 for twelve months isn't what it costs to run. Can I try it before signing up?

Yes — open the demo and you're straight into a working hotel with rooms, guests and bookings already in it. No form, no card, no email. What happens to my data if I leave?

My staff aren't good with computers. Will they manage?

That's the whole reason Hridyaa exists. There's no jargon — it says "money in", not "Cr". Taking a booking is one screen, and check-in and payment happen together. Show someone once and they can run the desk.

Do I need to install or buy anything?

No. It runs in any browser — laptop, tablet or the phone in your pocket. Nothing to install, nothing to maintain, no server to buy.
